Factoids about me:

• I went to Whittier College in Southern California for my undergraduate degree.
• My Bachelor's degree is actually in chemistry.
• I received my Master's degree in art history from San Jose State.  My thesis was entitled, "Eighteenth-Century French Furniture and Aristocratic Gender Performance."
• I went to graduate school to get my Master's degree because I wanted to teach.  Believe it or not, I enjoy teaching!
• Although, I am teaching this class, the online lectures you will read were written by Professor Kenney Mencher, who developed and designed this course.
• As a teacher, I am tough but fair.  I treat the syllabus as a contract and stick with what is written.
• Correct spelling and grammar are important to me.  So PLEASE proofread your writing and use spellcheck.
