1 Students who apply to Ohlone college during or after Late Registration dates on the academic calendar should expect wait at least 24 hours processing time after submitting their completed application before they can register using WebAdvisor or TeleReg.

2 Use the following percentages to calculate deadlines for classes which meet for less than the full term (i.e., Fast Track):

If the class meets for 10 meetings or less, the class must be dropped prior to start of class to be eligible for a refund.

3 Please note: The non-resident tuition and enrollment fees differ from resident fees. The deadline to drop with a refund also differs. Please see the fees chart for information concerning non-resident tuition refund deadlines.

4 The Application for Summer/Fall 2004 Graduation (AA Degree, AS Degree, or Certificate of Achievement) is available from and should be submitted directly to the Office of Admissions and Records. Applications received after the deadline will be processed for the next term.

Registration Priority

Continuing students are assigned the earliest registration times based on having a declared academic program (major) and by the number of Ohlone units earned toward that program. Specific dates and times are made available to students in early April.

Returning and new students receive the next earliest block of registration times but do not receive specific appointments.

K-12 students desiring to enroll in Ohlone classes receive the last priority, starting approximately two weeks prior to the beginning of the term. See the academic calendar for beginning registration dates.
